Role Overview :

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

We strongly prioritize expertise in Node.js and React for this role, as these technologies are central to our current and future projects.

In addition to Node.js and React, the ideal candidate will have experience with a range of modern technologies to build comprehensive, scalable, and efficient applications.

Responsibilities :

- Front-End Development

- Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React and related technologies.

- Ensure optimal performance across multiple devices and browsers.

- Back-End Development

- Build and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs with Node.js.

- Manage server infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure scalability.

- API Development & Integration

- Design and implement RESTful and Graph QL APIs for seamless integration between front-end, back-end, and external services.

- Database Management

- Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Testing & Debugging

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, system) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production challenges.

- Software Lifecycle Management

- Contribute throughout the SDLC phases: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaboration

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

- Participate actively in agile practices like sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.

- Version Control & Deployment

- Use Git or similar tools for version control.

- Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, system) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production challenges.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-have :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).

- Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue is a plus.

- Proven experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API and/or GraphQL API design and development.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools is a plus.

- 8-10 years of proven professional experience in full-stack development.

Additional Skills :

- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
