BigStep Technologies - UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and After Effects.

Roles & Responsibilities :.

- Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs.

- Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions.

- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes.

- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products.

- Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Requirements :.

- 6-9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role.

- Strong proficiency with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.

- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

- Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and the ability to derive actionable insights.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
