BigStep Technologies - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/AngularJS

About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Angular + Node.js) with 8+ years of experience, proficient in Angular (v10+), Node.js, and modern full stack development practices.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, integrating RESTful APIs, and working with databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Experience with Express, TypeScript, and RxJS is essential, along with a strong understanding of software architecture and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive front-end user interfaces with Angular and TypeScript.

- Design and implement robust back-end APIs and services using Node.js and Express.

- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

- Create and manage efficient database schemas using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in peer code reviews.

- Optimize application performance, including load times and responsiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Angular, Node.js, and web development best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Qualifications :

- 8+ years of full stack development experience.

- Proficient in Angular, Node.js, Express, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Strong API design and database experience (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL).

- Good understanding of Git, Agile, and software development best practices.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
