Description :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst AI Automation to support the development of an AI-driven product in the U.S. Real Estate industry.

The BA will work closely with the client, Business Consultant, AI Automation Tech Lead, and development team to translate business needs into clear automation requirements, workflow logic, and technical documentation.

This role centers on understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and shaping AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency, data extraction, and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Conduct detailed requirement discovery sessions, interviews, and process mapping exercises.

- Translate ambiguous or high-level business needs into structured requirement documentation.

- Document current-state vs. future-state workflows with a focus on automation.

AI Automation & Process Mapping :

- Identify where AI models, automation logic, and data workflows can streamline business processes.

- Define automation rules, triggers, decision points, and data flows for AI-driven systems.

- Create workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Evaluate the feasibility of automation requests in collaboration with the Tech Lead.

Collaboration With Tech Lead & Developers :

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

- Provide clear explanations of automation logic and business expectations to developers.

- Support the Tech Lead by preparing structured technical documentation and validation scenarios.

- Assist in resolving requirement gaps, clarifying logic, and ensuring smooth execution.

Documentation & Delivery :

- Create a detailed :

1. Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

2. Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)

3. Workflow designs

4. Data mapping documents

5. UAT test cases

- Participate in reviews of automation outputs and ensure alignment with requirements.

- Support UAT, gather feedback, and finalize delivery with the Tech Lead.

Qualifications & Experience :

Required :

- Strong understanding of workflow/process automation concepts.

- Experience defining requirements for AI, data processing, or automation-heavy projects.

- Ability to translate business needs into detailed, technical-friendly requirements.

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and process mapping skills.

- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RPA, workflow orchestration, or data transformation.

- Detail-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation, discipline, and process clarity.
