About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong command over design tools and a sharp eye for detail.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating visually compelling digital assets for web, mobile, and product interfaces, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional tech and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX graphics, digital creatives, and visual assets for websites, applications, social media, and marketing campaigns.

- Translate complex concepts into clean, intuitive visual designs that align with brand guidelines and user experience principles.

- Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

- Create and manage design systems, component libraries, icon sets, and visual style guides.

- Optimize assets for performance across platforms (desktop, mobile, web).

- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design outputs.

Required Technical Skills :

- Design Tools : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, After Effects (basic motion graphics), Canva.

- UI/UX Design : Wireframing, prototyping, responsive layouts, component-based design.

- File Optimization : SVG, PNG, WebP formats, exporting assets for web and mobile.

- Collaboration : Experience working with developers using design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.

- Bonus Skills : Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, animation/motion graphics, or video editing.

Technical Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Multimedia Technology, or related technical field.

- Strong understanding of design for digital products, including responsive layouts, web accessibility, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS/Android/Web).

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics) to communicate effectively with developers.

- Experience designing for component-based frameworks and working with design systems.

- Portfolio demonstrating technical execution of design work showcasing UI/UX projects, interactive prototypes, and optimized asset delivery.
