We are looking for a Product Owner to lead product development initiatives, define the product vision, and ensure alignment between business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven products.

Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog based on business value.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives as part of the Agile process.

- Analyse product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Ensure all product features align with user needs and business objectives.

- Act as the voice of the customer in decision-making.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to define priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.

- CSPO / PSPO certification (Certified Scrum Product Owner).

- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or Fintech products.
