The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Anthropic's Claude models to develop cutting-edge AI solutions, optimize existing systems, and drive business value through advanced AI integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement robust AI applications and agents using Claude AI and related technologies.

- Prompt Engineering and Skills Creation : Utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques and develop custom "Skills" (organized folders of instructions, scripts, and resources) to make Claude perform specialized, repeatable tasks consistently.

- Integration : Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to seamlessly integrate Claude AI solutions into existing production environments and software systems via APIs and SDKs (Python/TypeScript).

- Optimization and Testing : Analyze and optimize existing AI applications for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure reliable and safe operation.

- Data Analysis : Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare high-quality input data for AI model training and analysis.

- Documentation and Best Practices : Document development processes, system architectures, and functional specifications. Establish best practices for AI development and deployment within the team.
