About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and transforming complex business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and modernizing the organization's Business Intelligence (BI) landscape while ensuring high-quality, reliable, and consistent data across reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and interpret complex business data to generate meaningful insights and support business decisions.

- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions and dashboards.

- Work extensively with SAP ECC source data for reporting and analytics.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes using SAP Data Services (BODS).

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Qlik and SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs, data pipelines, and reporting issues.

- Improve data quality, reporting performance, and overall BI architecture.

- Support the modernization and continuous enhancement of the organization's BI ecosystem.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for BI processes, data models, and ETL workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience working with SAP ECC as a primary data source.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS) for ETL development and maintenance.

- Experience with Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO).

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL best practices.

- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with BI landscape modernization initiatives.

- Knowledge of reporting automation and dashboard optimization.

- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale analytics environments.
