Job Overview :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through a combination of manual, automation, and load testing.

This role requires strong expertise in modern automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, alongside proficiency in API testing and CI/CD practices within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Create, execute, and analyze automated test scripts for web, desktop, and/or mobile applications.

- Perform thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to identify defects and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar, validating data contracts and backend functionalities.

- Implement and manage load testing to assess system performance, scalability, and stability under various loads.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and rapid feedback loops within the development process.

- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Analyze complex business requirements and user stories to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.

- Identify, document, and track software defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

- Monitor product and feature performance, analyze results, and provide insights to improve quality and user experience.

- Advocate for quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.

- Proficiency in at least one modern automation framework: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

- Solid experience in Manual Testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

- Hands-on experience with Load Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and concepts.

- Proven experience with API Testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or automated frameworks.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Ability to design effective test strategies and create detailed test cases.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
