Job Overview :
- Be actively involved in specific financial processes such as AP AR Netting, Consolidation of Intercompany and Intra-Company, and Payments Setups.
- Have been a key part of at least two end-to-end ERP implementation projects, demonstrating comprehensive project lifecycle experience.
- Exhibit functional expertise covering requirements gathering, detailed analysis, robust solution design, system configuration, coordinating & executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, implementation, upgrade activities, cutover planning, and overall functional leadership.
- Possess extensive experience in understanding client needs and providing thorough Gap and Fit analysis.
- Participate in project planning activities and prepare comprehensive data conversion strategies from legacy systems to Oracle databases, adhering to client standards.
- Provide ongoing production support, including effective problem management, logging tickets, communicating status updates, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze financial requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation for new functionalities and processes.
- Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other ERP components.
Required Qualifications :
- Knowledge of functional design for financial modules like AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets (FA), GST, Cash Management, and Costing and budget modules.
- Experience in AP AR Netting, Consolidation of Intercompany and Intra-Company, and Payments Setups.
- Must have been part of at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Functional expertise should include requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, coordinating & executing SIT and UAT, training, implementation, upgrade, cutover activities, and overall functional leadership.
- Extensive experience in understanding and providing Gap and Fit analysis.
- Experience in project planning and preparation of data Conversion strategy from legacy to Oracle database
as per client standards.
- Ability to provide ongoing production support, including problem management, logging tickets, status communication & escalation.
Educational & Professional Qualifications :
- BE/B-Tech.
