Purpose of the role :
To streamline marketing activities for the Motors business across India.
Deliver data-driven insights to both central and zonal teams, utilizing AI-powered data mining tools to enhance the quality of inputs.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Finance.
- 3-7 years of experience (projects or internships count!).
- Skills in Excel, Power BI, Python/R, or SQL.
- Exposure to machine learning, predictive models, or automation.
- Curious mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team spirit.
Responsibilities :
Automation & Sales Process Optimization :
- Analyze trends, costs, and operations to generate insights.
- Use Al tools to improve performance and reduce inefficiencies.
- Assist in designing optimized sequencing & scheduling strategies.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Support teams across departments with data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest in Al & analytics.
Lead Generation & Customer Data Collection :
- Obtain customer data, contact information, job titles, and company production capacity.
- Sales engineers regularly visit customers and submit visit reports.
Sales & Customer Engagement Tracking :
- Track the frequency of visits to existing and new customers, as well as identify potential new areas for expansion.
- Assess market potential in these areas and identify nearby new dealers of motors, drives, cables, switchgear, and pumps.
Market Research & Industry Trends :
- Research national government schemes and policies that benefit the motors industry.
- Analyze sector-specific PMI data and trends using AI.
- Gather import data for pumps, gearboxes, VFDs, and sector-specific machinery.
- Conduct lost customer analysis based on service reports.
Presentations & Strategic Materials :
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for all sectors, including machine photographs, load types, and critical application movements.
- Develop customized technical presentations for clients.
Marketing & Communication :
- Optimize email marketing through mass emails, customer surveys, polls for new products, and communication via WhatsApp.
- Manage advertising campaigns with creative graphics for exhibitions, catalogs, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Enhance customer engagement through automated dispatch, tracking of pending orders, and providing important customers with outstanding information.
