As we scale globally, we are seeking a Senior App Developer with 4+ years of experience to lead mobile application development initiatives.

Whats This Role About ?

You will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high quality mobile applications using Flutter, while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence across the team.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our mobile strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences.

What Youll Be Doing :

Mobile App Development :

- Architect and develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Design and implement scalable app architecture following best practices and design patterns.

- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.

- Implement complex UI/UX designs with smooth animations and transitions.

Technical Collaboration :

- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards for the mobile team.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and development processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features.

Native iOS Development (when required) :

- Develop and maintain native iOS features using Swift when Flutter limitations arise.

- Implement platform-specific functionality and native integrations.

- Bridge native iOS code with Flutter using platform channels.

- Ensure iOS-specific guidelines and Human Interface Guidelines compliance.

Backend Integration & APIs :

- Design and consume RESTful APIs.

- Implement robust error handling, caching strategies, and offline support.

- Integrate third-party services, SDKs, and payment gateways.

- Work with backend teams to define API contracts and data models.

Quality & DevOps :

- Write comprehensive unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.

- Manage app store submissions, releases, and versioning.

- Implement analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.

What Were Looking For :

- 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

- 2+ years of experience with native iOS development using Swift.

- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).

- Experience with state management solutions and dependency injection.

- Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations.

- Experience with local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences).
