BetaNXT - Senior Business Analyst - Python/Tableau

Expectations :

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, and Excel , Expert in SQL and Excel, should be logically sound.

- Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python would be a plus.

- Preferred skills :These are the good-to-have : Python, Tableau, Product Analytics, AB Testing

- Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation.

- Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of BA experience with minimum 2+ years in technical / digital platforms

Strong understanding of :

a. REST APIs, Postman, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI

b. Microservices, integration patterns

c. Data models, SQL basics, ETL concepts

- Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps / Jira / Confluence

- Ability to create process flows (BPMN), UML, sequence diagrams

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in telecom, CRM, customer portals, BI/analytics, or workflow platforms

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

- Understanding of design systems and UI behaviour guidelines

- Certification : CBAP / CCBA / CSPO / SAFe (optional)
