Key Responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for building the next generation of connected wealth, tax & investor communications platforms.

As a key member of our engineering team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data products and driving innovations in Cloud and Data engineering.

Cloud Data Engineering :

- Architect, build, and maintain data solutions using Snowflake.

- Implement data pipelines and ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Optimize data architecture and performance on cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure).

Near Real-Time Streaming :

- Design and implement streaming data pipelines for near real-time ingestion and processing.

- Ensure data consistency, fault tolerance, and scalability in streaming architectures.

- Optimize performance for low-latency data delivery and integration with downstream systems.

- Familiarity with tools like Confluent Cloud, Apache Kafka, or similar streaming platforms.

Domain-Driven Design & Vault Modeling :

- Apply domain-driven design principles to complex business requirements.

- Design and implement vault models for secure data storage and retrieval.

DevSecOps :

- Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Monitor and improve system reliability, security, and performance.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering development.

- Experience building batch, stream, and real-time ETL processes and data pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.

- Knowledge of CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have :

- Understanding of vault modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Confluent Cloud or any similar streaming tool.

- Hands-on experience with advanced data modeling techniques.

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments and hybrid architectures.

- Familiarity with modern data governance and security frameworks.

- Familiarity with AI principles and practical implementation in products.

- Familiarity with dbt or other modern data transformation platforms.

- Certification in Snowflake and AWS / OCI / Azure or equivalent professional experience.
