As a Technical Lead at Benthon Labs Pvt Ltd you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create great user experience. You'll write reusable and maintainable code. You'll optimize web design for mobile for maximum speed. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 7 years of development experience with back-end and front-end technologies.

- Comfortable in working with both front-end back-end languages.

- Having strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Node.js and JavaScript frameworks (like Angular, React, and Vue).

- Familiarity with databases (like MySQL and MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and cloud services like AWS.

- Experience with testing and debugging is hands-on.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring individual developers or development teams.

- Troubleshoot and debug performance or integration issues across environments.

- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the development process.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7 years of development experience in front-end and back-end technologies.

- Strong expertise in Node.js for back-end development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
