Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation solutions.

- Configure and customize customer communications such as letters, statements, invoices, and notices.

- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support.

- Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of SmartCOMM solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills:

- 7 - 13 years of experience in SmartCOMM development.

- Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch.

- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document composition.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL/Databases, and system integrations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.

- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
