Job Title : Salesforce Developer (BFSI)

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building customized applications, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Custom Solution Development : Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for critical BFSI workflows, including loan origination, underwriting, and customer lifecycle management.

- Coding & Configuration : Develop and maintain core Salesforce components such as Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.

- Systems Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external platforms like core banking systems, third-party APIs, and financial data sources using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Business Collaboration : Partner with product managers and business analysts to translate complex BFSI requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce functionalities.

- Quality & Compliance : Conduct thorough unit and system testing, support UAT, and monitor data quality, security, and compliance with financial industry regulations, including KYC/AML workflows and Salesforce Shield.

- Deployment Management : Maintain and manage deployment processes using version control tools like Git and Bitbucket, and a CI/CD pipeline.

Technical Skills :

Salesforce Platform :

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

- Familiarity with Salesforce compliance features like Salesforce Shield and encryption.

BFSI Domain :

- Hands-on experience with BFSI use cases such as KYC/AML workflows, lead management, and loan origination.

DevOps & Tools :

- Experience with Git and Bitbucket.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Education :

Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
