Skills Required :

- Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and OAuth2/JWT

- Proficient in Angular, with good knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Familiarity with NodeJS for tooling or light backend tasks

- Comfortable writing complex SQL queries, integrating with JPA/Hibernate

- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes

- Familiarity with Google Cloud, Jenkins, and Kubernetes

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Software Design and Development : Java Developers are primarily responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-volume, low-latency applications and systems, ensuring high availability and performance. This involves writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using Java and related technologies.

- Collaboration and Communication : They work closely with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. Effective communication is crucial for clarifying doubts, presenting ideas, and resolving issues.

- Testing and Debugging : A significant part of the role involves conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests to ensure the quality, robustness, and reliability of the developed applications. They are also responsible for identifying and debugging defects, and implementing solutions to fix them.

- Database Management : Java Developers often interact with various databases (SQL and NoSQL). Their responsibilities include designing database schemas, writing efficient queries, and ensuring data integrity and security within the application's context.

- Maintenance and Support : Beyond initial development, Java Developers are involved in maintaining existing applications, which includes addressing bugs, performing enhancements, and providing ongoing technical support. This can also involve performance tuning and refactoring code for better maintainability.

- Code Review and Quality Assurance : They participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. This contributes to overall code quality and consistency within the team.
