Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with data migration tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including :
1. Global HR
2. Absence Management
3. Benefits
4. Talent Management
5. Compensation
6. Time & Labor
7. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and other reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain HDL, HSDL, and PBL data loads for conversions, migrations, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Create and troubleshoot Fast Formulas across various HCM modules.
- Implement and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues promptly.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices, data integrity, and adherence to project timelines.
- Support testing cycles, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT, along with preparing related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong expertise in : HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Integrations
- Proven experience in data conversions/migration projects using HDL, HSDL, PBL.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Hands-on experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, T&L, ORC, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
