Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled AI Application Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI and agent-based AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong backend engineering skills, practical exposure to LLMs, and experience building agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-driven backend applications using Python.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services for AI applications.

- Implement agentic AI workflows, including configuring agents for task orchestration and execution.

- Develop and integrate solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

- Work with LLMs to build intelligent applications and automation workflows.

- Implement embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines to support AI use cases.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Document system designs, workflows, and implementation details.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 5 years of experience in software engineering or AI application development.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

- Practical exposure to LLMs and agent frameworks.

- Working knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.

- Understanding of agent-based architectures and task management flows.
