Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end product design from user research, ideation, and wireframing to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design solutions.

- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.

- Apply UX frameworks and methodologies to craft user-centric experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.

- Translate complex processes and technical workflows into intuitive and elegant user interfaces

Requirement :

- 8-10 years of experience in UI-UX design.

- Strong understanding of UX frameworks and responsive design.

- Experience in leading end-to-end design processes.

- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple user experiences.

- Knowledge of accessibility and design system best practices.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience with AI tools for design.
