Role Overview :

Were looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer (SDE III) to join our high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, and AWS (preferred cloud platform).

The role involves end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering and system design (HLD + LLD) to deployment and maintenance.

Youll play a key role in architecting, developing, and scaling microservices that power our core business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development & Ownership :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Build robust, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs and microservices from scratch.

- Take full ownership of assigned modules across the complete SDLC requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

System Design & Architecture :

- Create and implement both high-level (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD) for complex, distributed systems.

- Architect modular, scalable, and maintainable microservices aligned with business requirements.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technology decisions.

Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud applications primarily on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

- Utilize DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure system reliability.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for system health and performance.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration :

- Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Code Quality, Testing & Optimization :

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure robust, error-free applications.

- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Innovation & Technical Leadership :

- Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development, AWS technologies, and system design best practices.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong technical culture within the team.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in code quality, architecture, and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Education : B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 48 years of experience in full-stack web development.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Proven experience in building microservices architecture from scratch.

- Expertise in system design (HLD + LLD) and overall SDLC management.

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (preferred), including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.

- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT).

Good to Have :

- Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, and microfrontend architecture.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
