Responsibilities :

- Development and deployment of advanced data science solutions to enhance the battery swapping ecosystem.

- Design, build, and maintain machine learning pipelines, with a focus on time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and real-time predictive analytics.

- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to align data solutions with organizational goals.

- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Python, SQL, and MongoDB.

- Strong expertise in Deep Learning and Computer Vision, with hands-on experience in algorithms such as object detection, OCR, and facial recognition.

- Experience using Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Proven expertise in handling time series data, geospatial data, and building predictive and statistical models from scratch.

- Experience with real-time data processing frameworks such as PySpark.

- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous challenges.

- Strong leadership skills, including team mentoring, project ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.

- Familiarity with deploying models in cloud environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working with geospatial IoT data would be a plus
