As an associate engineer, you will contribute to building scalable backend services and intuitive user-facing applications that support critical business operations.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to work with modern technologies in a high-impact startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
- Work on databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB for efficient data
management.
- Integrate cloud-native services and support deployments on AWS.
- Troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and participate in continuous improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, follow best engineering practices, and contribute to
documentation.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, debugging, and iteration.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is a plus.
- Good analytical thinking, debugging skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Git, branching workflows, and collaborative development
