Role Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer (SDE-1) to join our fast-growing tech team in Gurgaon.

As an associate engineer, you will contribute to building scalable backend services and intuitive user-facing applications that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build and deploy full-stack web applications.

- Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Work on databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB for efficient data management.

- Integrate cloud-native services and support deployments on AWS.

- Troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and participate in continuous improvements.

- Participate in code reviews, follow best engineering practices, and contribute to documentation.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, debugging, and iteration.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, working with Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and modern web application frameworks.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.

- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.

- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is a plus.

- Good analytical thinking, debugging skills, and a willingness to learn.

- Familiarity with Git, branching workflows, and collaborative development
