Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS / HANA Developer with strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance optimization, and ensuring high availability and stability of SAP systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform SAP BASIS administration for SAP ECC / S/4HANA systems

- Install, configure, upgrade, and support SAP HANA databases

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system health

- Manage SAP transports, client administration, and system copies

- Handle SAP security, user administration, and authorization management

- Perform system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and patching activities

- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve system issues

- Ensure system availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of overall experience with SAP BASIS, including 5+ years of hands-on experience

- Strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA administration

- Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
