Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant with hands-on experience in developing, integrating, and optimizing SAP solutions using modern ABAP and HANA technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in OData/REST APIs, RAP, CDS, and AMDP, along with a solid understanding of traditional ABAP concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs and custom solutions on the SAP HANA platform.

- Work extensively on OData services and RESTful APIs for application integration.

- Develop RAP (Restful Application Programming) models - both managed and unmanaged implementations.

- Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPs) concepts, including abstract classes and design patterns like Singleton and Fa- ade.

- Create and optimize CDS Views and AMDP (Managed Database Procedures) for efficient data access on SAP HANA.

- Work on ABAP basics, including RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Develop and manage Update Function Modules ensuring data consistency and performance.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Participate in performance tuning, code optimization, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA (4-6 years).

- Proficiency in OData/REST API integration and development.

- Expertise in RAP (Restful Application Programming) - Managed and Unmanaged scenarios.

- Deep understanding of CDS Views and AMDP.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented ABAP and standard ABAP RICEFW components.

- Experience with Update Function Modules and performance optimization techniques.
