BaryTech - Salesforce FSL Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, develop, and support scalable field service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce FSL configuration and customization, deep understanding of field service business processes, and solid development skills across Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand field service business processes including Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty Management, and Service Contract Management

- Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business requirements

- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (Aura & LWC)

- Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers

- Work on FSL Mobile App configurations and enhancements

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization

- Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and post-deployment phases

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) configuration and development

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL

- Proven experience in Salesforce development on Classic and Lightning platforms

- Expertise in Flows, Process Builder, Apex Triggers, and declarative automation

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

- Salesforce Certification required (minimum Salesforce Administrator)
