Job Title : Product Architect

Years of exp : 7-9 Years

Location : PAN India

JD :

- Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including enterprise intranet portals.

- Lead the integration of AI-powered features as SharePoint Copilot, Copilot Studio agents and more.

- Define and implement SharePoint governance frameworks, including lifecycle management, permissions, taxonomy, and compliance.

- Ensure SharePoint solutions are aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISOIEC 27001, 9001) and support audit readiness.

- Design mobile-responsive SharePoint experiences with a strong focus on security and usability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Provide strategic direction for SharePoint roadmap, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Support the adoption of SharePoint and AI features across the organization through training, documentation, and change management strategies.

- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.

- Mentor development teams and support other architects to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

Qualifications :

- Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure AD, and Microsoft

Purview.

- Strong experience with SPFx, PowerShell, and AI integrations in Microsoft 365.

- Proven track record in implementing governance models and compliance frameworks.

- Experience supporting user adoption and change management initiatives.

- Deep understanding of mobile security and responsive design principles.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
