Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled AI & ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and AI model development, with the ability to transform business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models

- Work with large datasets to clean, analyze, and extract insights

- Build predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning

- Implement deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.) when required

- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions

- Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models for continuous improvement

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms

- Programming experience in Python (mandatory)

- Experience with ML frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

- Knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering

- Familiarity with SQL, Pandas, NumPy

- Understanding of model deployment (APIs, cloud platforms)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD)

- Experience working with LLMs and AI APIs

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

- 2 to 6 years of experience in AI/ML development (can be adjusted)

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms

- Self-driven and eager to learn new technologies
