BambooBox is looking for a rockstar developer who can build a set of intelligent agents that help marketing teams.

The role :

Join the Gen AI team at BambooBox to build and integrate next-gen AI featuresincluding LLM-powered chatbots and RAG-based servicesby designing backend systems in Node.js and Python, developing ETL pipelines, and deploying APIs and cloud functions.

You will collaborate closely with ML engineers and product teams to transform generative AI concepts into real-world SaaS features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gen AI Feature Development : Design, develop, and integrate next-gen AI features, specifically focusing on LLM-powered chatbots and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-based services.

- Backend System Design : Build robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js (Express/FastAPI) and Python.

- Data Pipeline Engineering : Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, ensuring efficient data flow for AI models.

- API & Cloud Deployment : Deploy APIs and cloud functions efficiently, leveraging cloud platforms and containerization.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with ML engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate generative AI concepts into tangible SaaS features.

- Mentorship & Guidance : Take accountability for assigned tasks, and actively mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Technology Stack :

- Backend : Node.js (Express/FastAPI), Python

- Data pipelines : Building ETL for structured & unstructured data

- Databases : SQL (PostgreSQL) and MongoDB

- Cloud : GCP, AWS (Kubernetes)

What Makes You Stand Out :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing products with good exposure to LLM (Large Language Model) technologies.

- Proven experience in designing and building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Demonstrated ability in implementing and optimizing ETL pipelines.

- Hands-on experience in integrating LLM-based features such as chatbots, RAG systems, and conversational agents.

- Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
