Role Summary:

We are building a next-generation Supply Chain Operating System for manufacturers and distributors that lack real-time visibility into inventory health, order flow, or logistics performance. Our system integrates on top of existing ERPs and WMSs to create a unified operational data model, transforming inventory data into actionable decisions using intelligent agents and deterministic models. As Tech Lead, you will drive product vision into a dependable, secure, and extensible multi-tenant SaaS platform.

What You Will Do:

- Own the technical architecture across the multi-tenant platform, APIs, integration framework, operational database, and intelligence services.

- Define non-functional blueprints for tenant isolation, security, auditability, observability, reliability, and deployment standards.

- Establish engineering workflows covering code reviews, automated testing, release governance, and incident response.

- Guide technical selections for asynchronous/event-driven processing, data stores, queues, and cloud services.

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-output engineering team toward production readiness.

Requirements:

- 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years owning architecture or technical leadership.

- Strong backend/platform expertise in building multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, and data-intensive/integration-heavy systems.

- Deep hands-on experience in security, authentication/authorization, asynchronous data processing, and production observability.

- Strong system-design judgement with clear communication skills and willingness to write/review production code.
