Role Overview :

As a Backend Software Engineer specializing in Java and Node.js, you will be at the heart of our high-frequency payment infrastructure, architecting systems that process millions of transactions with uncompromising reliability.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, security engineers, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate complex financial requirements into scalable, low-latency microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-throughput microservices using Java and Node.js to ensure sub-millisecond response times for critical payment gateways.

- Integrate complex third-party banking APIs and payment rails to expand our financial ecosystem and provide diverse settlement options for our enterprise clients.

- Optimize database schemas and caching strategies to maintain system integrity and performance during peak traffic surges.

- Partner with the security and compliance teams to embed rigorous data protection standards and fraud detection logic directly into the application layer.

Required Skillset :
