Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead the design and implementation of high-scale data processing systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Java/Spring Boot to ensure seamless integration across our distributed systems.

- Develop and optimize complex data processing workflows using Pandas to transform raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Design scalable database schemas and storage solutions that support rapid data retrieval and long-term data integrity.

- Lead the architectural design of cloud-native AI/ML pipelines, ensuring that models are deployed efficiently and perform reliably in production environments.

- Mentor junior engineering talent through code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement robust CI/CD practices, reducing deployment friction and enhancing system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade backend applications using Python and Java/Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

- Advanced proficiency in data wrangling and analysis using Pandas, with the ability to handle large-scale datasets efficiently.

- Proven ability to design and manage complex database systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability for data-intensive applications.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, specifically regarding the deployment and orchestration of AI/ML models in production.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.
