Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, databases, caching, containers, and cloud deployment. The role will involve building scalable, production-grade backend systems and collaborating with frontend and distributed engineering teams.

Total Experience : 4-6 years

Must-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of relevant software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Python

- Experience building microservices

- Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs

- Good understanding of event-driven architecture

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query optimization

- Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Working experience with React

- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems

Good to Have :

- Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS or similar messaging technologies

- CI/CD and cloud-native deployments

- Production troubleshooting, monitoring and observability

- Experience in Energy / Oil & Gas / Enterprise technology domains

Other Requirements :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Comfortable collaborating with UAE-based teams with some working-hour overlap

- Occasional travel may be required based on project/business needs.
