- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand system requirements and design effective solutions.

- Deliver high-quality software using modern Agile engineering practices such as pair programming, TDD, and CI/CD.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Champion Agile methodologies within client organizations and promote best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive experience designing, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems.

- Deep expertise in at least one primary programming language and its ecosystem; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.

- Strong enthusiasm for technology with flexibility to work across multiple languages and technology stacks.

- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Agile principles, with practical knowledge of how to apply different Agile approaches effectively across varying contexts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, globally distributed teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge. Ability to work toward shared goals without rigidly adhering to a single approach.

Nice to Have :

- Practical experience building distributed systems, including microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Experience developing and operating large-scale production systems in cloud-native or containerized environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
