Role :

We looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js, Dialer, Telephony, and IVR systems to build and enhance its next-generation omnichannel communication platform.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services that power contact center solutions, voice communication platforms, and intelligent automation systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.

- Build robust and secure RESTful APIs for communication platform features.

- Develop backend components for omnichannel dialer and contact center platforms.

- Integrate telephony APIs, SIP-based systems, Voice APIs, Call APIs, and SMS APIs.

- Design and implement IVR workflows, call routing logic, automated call flows, and agent assignment mechanisms.

- Develop solutions for inbound and outbound calling, call tracking, queue management, and communication workflows.

- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and leverage Redis for caching, session management, and real-time processing.

- Ensure platform scalability, high availability, reliability, and security.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
