Backend Engineer - Java/Spring Boot

We are looking for talented and driven Backend Engineers with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team. Youll play a key role in building scalable, high-performance systems using Python/Django and Java/Spring Boot, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Title : Backend Engineer Python (Django) & Java (Spring Boot) SaaS Product Team

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon (5 Days work from office)

Notice Period : Immediate joiners Preferred

Education : BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement backend services using Python/Django and Java/Spring Boot

- Build scalable microservices for SaaS-based platforms

- Collaborate across product, frontend, and DevOps teams

- Optimize performance at the code, DB, and API levels

- Drive backend best practices, code reviews, and deployment readiness

Must-Have Skills :

- 3 - 8 years of backend engineering experience

- Deep knowledge of Django, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL

- Cloud proficiency (Azure preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Mandatory experience working in SaaS-based product companies

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture

- Passion projects or open-source contributions
