Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

- Build and optimize microservices and distributed systems on AWS.

- Develop robust REST APIs and integrate internal/external services.

- Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

- Work with Product, Mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features end-to-end.

- Participate in HLD/LLD, architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.

- Take ownership of projects from design to deployment and monitoring.

- Contribute to engineering best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills :

- 2 - 5 years of backend development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang.

- Good understanding of DSA, concurrency, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Experience with AWS, REST APIs, databases, caching, and messaging systems.

- Strong knowledge of HLD/LLD and system design.

- Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
