Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Build scalable backend services using Go, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native practices

- Improve CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment reliability

- Implement secure APIs and backend authentication workflows

- Optimize backend performance, observability, and logging systems

- Support SOC 2 engineering initiatives concerning development practices

- Refactor backend modules for maintainability and operational stability

- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform resilience

Skill :

The Expertise Required :

- 2- 3 years of backend software engineering experience

- Hands-on production experience with Go

- Strong understanding of API development and secure backend architecture

- Experience implementing authentication and RBAC systems

- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge including schema migrations

- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar
