Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain back-end applications - strong backend engineering skills.

- Work on microservices, RESTful API integrations, and data modelling.

- Understanding of authentication and middleware.

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under high traffic.

- Collaborate with managers, QA, front-end and mobile developers for seamless API integration.

- Perform code reviews, manage repositories, ensure adherence to standards, and debug complex problems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Python and Go.

- Proven expertise in working with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and experience building and deploying microservices on Kubernetes.

- Experience with message queues and streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Proficiency in using WebSockets for real-time communication.

- Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 3- 5 years of experience in backend development.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - not pasting AI code.

- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and development tools.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated with an ownership mindset.
