About the Role:

Python backend engineer with real, shipped GenAI experience not just experimentation. You'll build Django/FastAPI APIs and LLM-powered features using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG for client engagements at an IT services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain scalable REST APIs (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Ship secure, modular web applications.

- Implement OAuth2/JWT/session-based auth.

- Integrate APIs with frontend teams.

- Follow Git-based CI/CD workflows (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).

- Build LLM-orchestrated apps using LangGraph and LangChain.

- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, or custom LLMs into production.

- Build and tune RAG pipelines on Pinecone or PGVector.

- Write efficient queries against PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Requirements:

- 3+ years in Python (Django), including 6+ months hands-on production GenAI.

- Strong REST API development (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

- Hands-on LLM integration (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) with LangGraph/LangChain.

- RAG pipeline experience (Pinecone, PGVector).

- PostgreSQL/MySQL with efficient query writing.

- Solid grasp of design principles, modularity, and Git.

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, 60%+ across 10th/12th/degree (relaxable for strong technical candidates mention in resume).

- Background in IT services/IT consulting.

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Stable career history no frequent job-hopping.

Good to Have:

- AWS/GCP/Azure exposure.

- CI/CD and Git-based deployment familiarity.

- API auth/authorization experience (OAuth2, JWT).
