Job Description : Backend Developer (Node.js & NestJS)

Position : Backend Developer - Node.js / NestJS

Experience : 5+ years of backend development experience

Budget : Open

Required Experience :

- Node.js : Minimum 5 years

- NestJS : Minimum 2-3 years

- Database : Minimum 5 years of experience with any one of :

1. PostgreSQL

2. MySQL

3. SQL

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and NestJS.

- Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance REST APIs.

- Design and implement API endpoints, request/response structures, validations, error handling, and authentication/authorization.

- Integrate backend APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.

- Design, develop, and optimize relational database schemas.

- Write efficient SQL queries and handle database transactions.

- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other SQL databases.

- Analyze and optimize application and database performance.

- Implement proper logging, exception handling, and monitoring mechanisms.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-structured code.

- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Debug and resolve production and development issues.

- Work closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features on time.

- Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution design.

- Maintain technical documentation related to APIs and backend services.
