Backend Developer - Node.js Framework

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building high-performance APIs, microservices architecture, and working with cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and related frameworks (Express.js / NestJS)

- Build scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability

- Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external systems

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

- Implement security and data protection measures

- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js / NestJS

- Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

- Experience with databases : MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP

- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with message queues like Kafka / RabbitMQ

- Exposure to GraphQL APIs

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Understanding of serverless architecture

- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools

Education :

- UG: B./B.Tech / Any Graduate in Computer Science or related field
