Backend Developer - Node.js

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js) with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Node.js, frameworks like Express.js or NestJS, and have a strong grasp of database systems and API development.

You'll be responsible for building scalable and high-performance backend solutions for web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Build robust APIs using RESTful or GraphQL standards.

- Develop backend services using frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.

- Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to manage and manipulate data efficiently.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Qualifications :

- Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of hands-on backend development experience.

- Proficient in Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

- Strong experience in TypeScript for backend development.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Understanding of modern development tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable
