Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our core products and services.

You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact the performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support critical business functions.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda to optimize performance and cost.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, reducing the risk of production issues.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, contributing to the overall product roadmap.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable and resilient backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven expertise in building and deploying microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and experience with deploying and managing applications on AWS.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical

concepts clearly.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
