Ideal candidate profile :

Look for 8 - 12 years experience with strong hands-on Java + Spring Boot + Microservices, along with cloud and Kubernetes. Candidates with Kafka, API Gateway, system design and high-scale backend architecture should be prioritized for further screening.

Job Responsibilities :

- 8 - 10 years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role

- Relevant computer science degree or relevant experience

- Strong hands-on experience Full Stack development Java microservices/NodeJS/GoLang. Mobile app development experience is a big plus.

- Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo

- Hands-on Java, Multi-threading Concurrency and Performance Tuning approaches.

- Proven experience on Java Microservices Spring Boot/NodeJS/GoLang, cloud native architectures and Kubernetes

- Led atleast one large scale project to delivery

- Strong cloud experience AWS/ GCP/ Azure certifications preferred

- Good understanding of BFF using GraphQL

- Strong knowledge of databases SQL or NoSQL

- Event driven architectures Kafka etc.

- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good knowledge of Data Structures and Algo.

- Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile working model is required.

- Strong awareness of Microservices architecture patterns and design patterns

- API gateways (Apigee/APIM/Kong)
