Open Position - Backend Developer (Java)

Location - Bangalore (hybrid)

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Must-Have: Java (70%) + DSA

Job Responsibilities

- Take ownership of end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems.

- Partner with product and business teams to convert requirements into high-level and low-level designs.

- Drive the development of mission-critical applications by contributing to the team's overall technology vision.

- Develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient code aligned with industry standards.

- Apply advanced algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems with optimized performance.

- Work collaboratively in an agile environment and lead cross-functional discussions to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java

- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA): Strong expertise in implementation and optimization.

- CS Fundamentals: Comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles.

- Design Skills: Expertise in data modeling, low-level class design, and design patterns.

- Additional Skills: Extensive experience with databases and Linux/Unix platforms.

Desired Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution.

- Proven ability to work with object-oriented programming and follow best design practices.
