About the Job :

We are looking for a Backend / Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, and backend development.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend architecture, OOP, multi-threading, databases, and scalable API development.

Here are some things you'll do :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET.

- Develop and integrate robust RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Build maintainable architectures using OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.

- Work with relational/NoSQL databases and optimize SQL queries.

- Develop reliable services supporting concurrent and multi-threaded workloads.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.

- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams for API integration.

- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Minimum Requirements :

- 4+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.

- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Good knowledge of API design, authentication, error handling, and service communication.

- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Experience with relational databases and SQL.

- Understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Git/version control.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of C/C++ and C/C++-based systems.

- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend technologies.

- Knowledge of industrial/IoT protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, or MQTT.

- Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems.

- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
