Backend Developer - AI/ML Domain

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer (Backend / Full Stack) to build and scale high-performance products in the AI/ML domain. The ideal candidate should have strong backend engineering expertise, hands-on experience with modern full stack technologies, and exposure to LLM/AI-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product development from design to deployment

- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems

- Develop and optimize APIs, distributed systems, and data-intensive applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features rapidly

- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Backend / Full Stack Engineering

- Expertise in Node.js, Python, FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript

- Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Knowledge of OpenAI, Claude, Gemini APIs, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)

- Good understanding of scalability, system design, latency optimization, and LLMOps

Preferred Background :

- Experience working with Series A/B+ startups or high-growth environments

- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (CSE background preferred)

- Ability to work in fast-paced product environments
